We sell specialty vegan baked goods and use local ingredients, such as flours, fruits, vegetables, maple syrup, etc, and almost completely organic ingredients. All of our products are egg-free, dairy-free, cholesterol-free so we attract many vegans and people with allergies or lactose sensitivities, but we also carry a variety of gluten-free, soy-free, fat-free, wheat-free and sugar-free treats.
